Morning Mixed Martial Arts with Sensei
Starting Wednesday December 16, Sensei will be conducting weekly morning MMA classes starting at 10:45. Classes will run about a hour. Equipment needed are mma gloves. Saturday December 12th, we will celebrate the holidays and watch the UFC Live and direct. All are welcomed to join the festivities. Please feel free to invite friends and family as well. Also we encourage you to bring any food or drinks, potluck style. Doors open at 7pm.

Randy will be facing off against the talented Robby Plotkin from team Serra/Longo. Sparks will fly as the two undefeated warriors cross swords. This event will be sold out. Tickets are still available at front desk. Come down to support our very own Champion as he continues down his rights of passage!

Congratulations to Sempai Akbar as he placed 3rd in the BJJ Worlds. A huge accomplishment to even place amongst the best of the best in the world, and top competitors. In his first match he secured a win with over 20 points! Look out for only bigger and better things from Sempai Akbar as he continues to blaze the BJJ Competition scene.
